Election budget to be announced on Monday - checked
Housing prices to drop by year end - checked
Upgrading works to be accelerated in PAP wards - checked
Introduce flexibility in CPF scheme - checked
Ensure MRT runs smoothly - work in progress but can say worst is behind us
FT issue - keep quiet. Slow down entry but can open again after election
Inflation down - actually due to oil price and stagnant demand -but PAP can claim credit
Whack WP - check-mate
Introduce new candidates - to be announced
Leadership transition - make people nervous a bit, get them to vote for stability
