Male nurses caught on camera engaging in SEX ACT while caring for stroke victim aged 99
Two male nurses caught on camera engaging in a sexual act with each other while caring for a stroke victim have admitted inflicting mental suffering on an elder.
Security footage showed Russel Torralba, 42, and Alfredo Ruiz, 43, performing a sex act on each other inside the 99-year-old woman’s bedroom.
The nurses both worked for AMS Homecare Solutions in San Diego.
At one point, one of the nurses – both of whom are Filipino – appears to touch the patient’s hand while being fondled by the other man.
The two nurses were arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct in 2011 after non-verbal cues from the patient led her family to alert the authorities.
