In the latest update to the war between blogger Xiaxue and Satirical Facebook page SMRT Ltd Feedback, it looks like SMRT Ltd (Feedback) is being sued by Xiaxue.
In a facebook post, SMRT Ltd (Feedback) shared an email which they had received from lawyers representing a ‘Wendy’, about a court summons which had been taken out against the facebook page.
While the email shared on facebook did not share specifics and had several details blanked out, the facebook page hashtagged it with #faithinlupcheong, the hashtag that has been used for the Xiaxue attack.
Interestingly, the email only referred to SMRT Ltd (Feedback) and had no formal name so it looks like Xiaxue took out the court summon against the facebook page itself and she also doesn’t know who to even send the court letter to.
Nevertheless, it seems like the facebook page is going to comply as they also accompanied a screenshot of the email with the caption “time to wrap things up”, suggesting that the court summons may have been a cease and desist order to stop posting about Xiaxue:

Previously, the facebook page had launched into an attack against Xiaxue, exposing her blog for having many fake followers and much less traffic than she claimed.
To cut the long story short, Xiaxue wrote an extremely long blog post to "expose" Gushcloud, a blog marketing and monetising service, about alleged unethical marketing and inflation of their blogger stats.
Gushcloud also wrote an extremely long post to rebut her and defend the authenticity of their traffic stats. For bloggers, traffic is roughly related to influence and this impacts the amount they can charge advertisers to place ads on their blogs.
Later, SMRT Ltd (Feedback) joined in the fray wrote an extremely long post to "expose" Xiaxue for faking her own stats despite picking at Gushcloud for the same thing.
