Vote buying must be the top corruption penalty of course.
What else could be more serious corruption than buying vote during Elections? That can land hands on SGP's most lucrative appointments and control all of SGP's GDP CPF Govt Budgets etc...
Be serious and honest. Have integrity! Bravo Loong! Pse take culprits involved in VOTE BUYING TO FIRING SQUAD and reward the whistle blower. ;)
