nto its 2nd week now, ‘Fernvale-gate’ continues unabated. With more views from observers, buyers and the authorities saying just about the same things already said.
It’s an impasse unless we take the last statement in diplomat-speak from URA/HDB to be final i.e. Sengkang temple-columbarium gets the green light.

Civil servants are not politicians. With their cosy jobs – and the precedence that no heads will ever need to roll under PM Lee for any mistakes make – what decision is there to make? Sit back and relax. Let the political masters work for their pay, for a change. Any solution has to be political.
Now, with a direct appeal letter to MND Khaw (copied to PM Lee) via a FB set up by buyers to rally their cause
