MAN WANTED FOR QUESTIONING IN RELATION TO OUTRAGE OF MODESTY CASE ON MRT

The Police are appealing for information on this man so that he can assist them in the investigations into a case of outrage of modesty.
The incident happened on December 17 on a MRT train between Khatib MRT station and Yio Chu Kang MRT station.
The man is believed to be in his 30s and is about 1.75m tall. He is tanned and has short hair
Anyone with information can call the police hotline on 1800 255 0000 or lodge a report online.
Police also said that people can do certain things to protect themselves and reduce their chances of becoming a victim of outrage of modesty or molestation on a public transport.






They advised that commuters be alert and attentive to their surroundings and move away should someone stand or sit too close to you.
They also said that if anything happens, you should seek help immediately by either shouting for help, calling the police, or alerting staff.
