有乘客搭捷運要去台北車站趕火車，但嫌捷運開太慢，竟然按下緊急對講機，跟司機抱怨，說你開太 慢，會害我趕 不上火車，捷運公司表示，高架路段晚上11點後，車速會從原本的65公里調降到50公里，放慢 速度減低噪音 ，但基於服務旅客，對於乘客這要求不會開罰，但誇張行為，讓其他乘客聽了很不是滋味，車上還有 很多人，認為 他要求開快點，難保不會發生危險。
記者谷庭：「在台北捷運每個車廂裡，都有的緊急對講機 ，竟然有人按下去跟司機說，你開太慢了，開快一些。」
13日深夜11點多，一名中年男子，搭捷運從芝山往台北車站，他按對講機跟司機抱怨，開太慢會害他 趕不上台 鐵火車，但聽在其他乘客耳裡，很不是滋味。
