I show you below cases of hiring scapegoats to take the raps.
Lowly educated Tan Aik Kim operated gambling dens in HDB and he hired scapegoat.
Tan Aik Kim was charged with 102 counts of bribery two years ago and pleaded guilty to 13 offences committed in 2006 and 2007. Tan Aik Kim was jailed 27 weeks.
Dr Woffles Wu hired scapegoat to take the raps of car speeding.
He was convicted and never been jailed.
