I made a booking for Hikaru for 9pm.

When I made the booking at 12pm, I asked the OKT for the location and he said orchard area and that he will tell me the details later.

8pm, he still haven't send me any details so I message him for location.

830 pm still no reply, so I ask him if my booking with Hikaru still on?

OKT replied yes, so I tell him I'm already at orchard and need a location to go.

845 he reply: "Huh... so u cfm want booking?"

847 I replied: "You still haven't send me the details. I'm at orchard mrt now and I don't know which way to walk."

At 850 he replied: "Lol... hotel is at <so and so location>".

904 I reached the location and message him my dress code.

909 he message me: "No pick up hp then mean cancel."

I message back immediately: "Huh? You didn't call me."

Then I tried to call him twice. It went 20 rings both times and then call ended.

In the end, OKT wasted my time and maybe wasted Hikaru's time as well.

What this OKT is doing wrong
1. Giving location 10 minute before appointment. How does he expect anyone to reach any location in 10 minutes?
2. Slow replies.
3. Cancel booking for no good reason.
