There's something like dots or pimple-liked thing at the base of my penis, none on dickhead only the base of the shaft. It do not itch or hurts or anything. Not bursting nor it have any discretion.

I do not have causual sex or sex partner, only went to a CAT40 once in Geyland like 2 years ago (whole session protected sex). If i remembered correctly, i have had this since im young, since i was still a virgin last time. Just wondering does you people have anything like this on your penis also or anything needed for me to take note? Is it cause of my "not too good" hygiene? Sometimes sweat alot and never got to bath in time my balls will itch like siao :o

yeah i guess it's oily pores as mentioned....cos i had them on my scrotum and some on my shaft. not itchy, not pain.....
