PEASANTPORE: Ruler Loong indicated that Peasantpore would like to be in Emperor Xi's good books and volunteers to be a conduit for a Maritime Silk Road, a silly idea mooted by PRC reigning Emperor Xi Jinping. In a half-hour interview with PRC Commie Yang Lan on Peking Satellite TV that was broadcast on Monday (Nov 10), he said the world understands PRC's wayang anti-corruption drive as a political purge to cull Xi's enemies, and described it as an window dressing effort.

He also addressed the notion of clean Familee in Peasantpore. He said it is about high salaries to buy over highly educated lackeys and minions to suppress local peasants with cheap serfs. Ruler Loong it is paramount to reward Familee Royalists and cronies who happen to be “most capable”, and “most trustworthy”.

Here are some silly punchlines from Ruler Loong's interview, aired while the Peasantpore Ruler is in Peking to pay tribute to the PRC Commie Pandas.

ON REGIONAL COOPERATION

Q: In the Asiatic-Pacific region, Uncle Sam is using bilateral, multi-lateral, regional and sub-regional trade agreements and mechanisms of cooperation to restrain PRC. For example, the Trans-Pacific Sex Partnership (TPP) which is supported by the Uncle Sam, and the Regional Comprehensive Sex Partnership (RCEP), which PRC is involved in. Do you think there is an element of competition between these two sex festivals?

A: You know, I know, everyone knows this is part of Great Game between Uncle Sam and PRC Pandas but cannot be helped. Small regimes like us, I be honest, need to hedge our bets, on one hand, we familar with Uncle Sam but on the other hand, Emperor Xi wants tributes from us, so its a fine balancing act. The most ideal way to sit on the fence, take part in both Sex Festivals and then see who got bigger balls and act according under the guise of cooperation.

Q: One reality is that Peasantpore is very much involved in these various trade agreements and cooperation mechanisms involving Uncle Sam. Does Peasantpore regards herself as the stooge of Uncle Sam of the vassal of PRC?

A: We have no choice. We are a very small country, with a very open economy, ideally we want to be seen to obey Uncle Sam yet at the same time kowtow to PRC Pandas. If Emperor Xi can prove to us that he is not a paper tiger and can effectively balk Uncle Sam in the South Cina Seas, I am sure all the Asiatic states will openly declare themselves as PRC Vassals and send annual tributes openly during X'mas.

THE NEW MARITIME SILK ROAD

Q: Emperor Xi Jinping has proposed the idea of developing a new Maritime Silk Road. In such a scenario, for the relevant economies, nicely speaking, it is a threat, want trade with PRC Pandas, then sign up to be vassal state and stop kowtowing Uncle Sam. Does Peasantpore wants to stop sitting on the fence and be an early member?

A: The idea of a Maritime Silk Road - it can deepen our subservience to the PRC Pandas, and weaken Uncle Sam's influence, So of course, we hope that some of these services can be supplied through Peasantpore's port, airport and networks if Emperor Xi can assure that they will reward early members who take risk in offending Uncle Sam, else everyone will treat is as hot air.

MAINTAINING INTEGRITY IN REGIME

Q: PRC and Peasantpore are East Asiatic societies, why PRC still so openly corrupt but Peasantpore has more legal corruption?

A: East Asiatics got 3 silly traits, like to gamble, whore and scam, corruption is just a manifestation of those 3 vices. In Peasantpore, we feel anti-corruption is very important only for peasants and merchants. Since the ruling party in its 55 years - we perverted the British Westminister system, we punish dodgy merchants and peasants and close one eye for Familee and their cronies. Of course, sometimes some peasants may break the rules, or break the law, if they are peasants or nameless merchants, we deal with this very strictly according to law. To be honest, Emperor Xi's anti-corruption drive in PRC is merely a political culling session, so we know he is using corruption to weed his opponents and he is not sincere in ridding systemic corruption that has burrowed itself deeply in the PRC system. Wen Jiabao says he is clean, but we all in the political circle knows his Wen clan is fucking rich, same in Peasantpore lah, that I will not comment more.

Q: So you know the PRC anti-corruption drive is wayang only?

A: I think the whole world knows lah. Because PRC Commies have been using campaigns to rid political enemies of the reigning Butcher.

Q: Jane Austen's inspired rebels denies Peasantpore's success to high stipends for office-holders. Do you think it is that simple?

A: In Peasantpore, we got many Jane Austen rebels whacking me for paying sky high stipends to reward Familee loyalist cronies, lackeys and minions. Familee believes the important job must be done by the most loyal, the most trustworthy lackeys or minions. If we want to cement the services of such capable and trustworthy people, then we must treat them fairly and equally, pay them sky high stipends to ensure they remember who signs their pay cheques. We must have a practical system - a realistically high stipend to buy loyalty to the House of Lees.

At the same time our requirements are strict - you must be absolutely loyal to Familee. Legally, you absolutely cannot do anything you are not supposed to do, including helping peasants. If that happens, you will be purged using Stalinist Show Trials and you can kiss your fat cat stipends goodbye. So this is not just a question of stipends, it is also a matter of loyalty to Familee.
