I just saw a man almost looked embarrassed from all that cheers and claps.
During the video, you can see him go more humble every minute.
A crazy dictator would hold his chin up and receive all those cheers ans claps as if he was a god.
Putin is nothing like that.
He might be dangerous, but he is in so much control of himself that he would never take Russia to dangerous adventures.
