An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Because there was a rise in cheating cases in Spore, to reduce the crime statistics all cheating cases have be reclassified as civil!! Tioh Boh?
Low crime doesn't means no crime.
Better still make them civil cases!!
