Irritated by the noise made by a baby, a man flashed at a woman.
The man even got violent after the woman related the incident to her husband, according to Guang Ming Daily.
The suspect flashed at the woman, who was living two floors below his flat in Semenyih, at about 7.30pm on Saturday.
The woman then told her 49-year-old husband about indecent act. Her husband then went to the man's unit with the couple's 14-year-old daughter.
The suspect got upset and pushed the man down the staircase before attacking the girl with a parang.
He then fled the scene while the girl was rushed to hospital, where she received 10 stitches on her head.
Police are investigating the case.
