I have personally stayed at Phu My Hung for a few years and i will still prefer Phu My Hung if i wish to stay in Q7. Local areas of Q7 are messy and its not as upclass as Phu My Hung. :D www.phumyhung.com.vn

Recently I met a viet girl in sg. At royce club.
Things went well and we went out a few times. She told me that she worked in korean ktv in vietnam and it was very different from sg where they need to do alot of hanky panky stuff here. Just down Nguyen Van Linh street to Q.Binh Chanh is KDC Trung Son. Just slightly down after RMIT Saigon . Not too bad too but security not as good as PMH
