Anyway, it started out on a hot afternoon, I was bringing one of my clients to view a unit near Sembawang area. The story goes on with my client making smirk remarks on how ulu the place is blah blah..

Being the veteran me, I know it's just a bargaining trick they have up their sleeves to bring down the asking price.. so I just played along..

Anyway, long story short, after some wayang wayang awhile later, the client admitted himself he is pretty impressive with the unit and expressed his interest in getting the unit.. Bingo..!!

And very soon after, I was handed a cheque...



As I mentioned earlier, it was a very hot afternoon.. so I decided to give myself a break after closing a successful deal and made the call to drop by my cousin's place which is nearby to have a beer and cool down..

15mins later....

I was fumbling with a set of keys my cousin gave me.. (Well, being a property agent has its perks as this property was actually put up for sale by my cousin)

After a few excruciating minutes, I finally managed to open the front door and quietly let myself in (dunno why I did that but I always do that for fear of 'waking' somethings up..)

Getting inside, I headed straight for the fridge knowing that my 'biao' has stashed his cache of beer there when suddenly.. I heard some noise coming from one of the rooms...

Strange, I thought to myself.. Shouldn't the unit be vacant? Did I really wake something up?

Being the curious me, I decided to investigate...

The sound seems to come out from the last room at the end of the hall.. and it sounds like some muffled noises..

Sneaking round the corner, armed with my bottle of Heineken, I half expected to find an intruder when....

Anyway, to side track a bit.. here's a little about my CIL..

She's 27 this year.. married to my cousin for about 2plus years liao..

Previously, she was working in some airlines but had to quit after getting married to my cous.. (serious, dunno the reason why.. I had a few SQ girlfriends who could still continue to work even after marriage)

Also, as you would have guessed it, after she stopped flying, she started to put on weight..

I stood there, frozen and fixated at the scandalous view displayed before me.. scarcely making even a whimper because I know that.. any sound coming from me, will probably destroy this in an instance and I want to capture it as much as possible in my mind.

For a couple of minutes, this scene continued on with my CIL happily taking the bangala's cock in her mouth, displaying such affection as if it was a lollipop or ice cream..

I finally couldn't resist it anymore..

As I realized in horror that I did not silence my phone and suddenly, to my make things worse, I felt everyone's eyes on me......

Within the next couple of milliseconds, he had actually managed to pull up his trousers, pushed past me and scuttled out through the front door.. all this, with my CIL and me still pretty much in the very same position, she kneeling and half naked and me still holding my phone in a photo taking position..


In a hearbeat or so, she managed to snap out of her frozen stature and crossed the few steps between us to lunge for the phone in my hand..

Needless to say, it was a futile attempt and she didn't succeed due to three obvious reasons..
One, she was encumbered with her half cup bra brought down below her chest and that made her more clumsy,
Two, she was still about 4-5 full stride steps distance from me..
Three, I was anticipating this move from her.


'Gary!! I can explain!!' she screamed as I instinctively move my phone out of her reach and grasp... her eyes displaying the exact same blank expression I saw on the banagala's a few seconds ago..
