UPDATE:

The list of customer details which was leaked online at around 4:15am this morning by anonymous hacker group 'The Knowns', contained details such as names, contact numbers, email addresses, NRIC numbers, date of birth and marital status. The database also contained details such as K Box member numbers and number of K Points earned.
The details on the database appear to be accurate with several of the members able to be contacted at the listed numbers and addresses. They confirmed that the details are all correct. A few TRS readers have also notified us that their details are also accurate on the publicly leaked list.

The list also includes the data of local actors and actressses who have patronised K Box before.

Customers contacted from the list expressed that they were concerned about the privacy breach and were worried that the details may be misused by members of the public to sign up for random services. Others had more serious concerns including that they may be listed as guarantors for loan sharks or worse.
K Box said that they have "no comment" on the security breach and it is understood that they are yet to contact the affected customers to notify them of the breach.
Members of the public have already filed police reports over their leaked data. It is expected that K Box could be in trouble for failing to adequately protect their customers' details.

------
The Real Singapore received a tip-off from anonymous hacker group 'The Knowns' that they have released the personal data of over 300k customer of Kbox Singapore in protest of the recent Toll Hikes at the causeway.

This is the email that they sent in to TRS:
For a government who cares for nothing but profit and disregards the plight of others, we will attack and expose.
The recent increase in toll at Woodlands is an unnecessary financial burden on working Malaysians. The selfish act increases the revenue of the Singapore government at the expense of the common people.
It is unacceptable. To show our displeasure, we are releasing the database of Kbox containing more than 300k personal details of its membership. If nothing is done to ease the burden then no Singaporean will be safe, we
will continue to release more databases of Singapore companies.
We had done it before and will do it again.
The Knowns
We have done a check on the data released and do confirm that these are real database and personal details of Kbox customers in Singapore.

We have also forwarded our queries to Kbox for clarifications.

Some have speculated that the group of hackers are most likely Malaysians located in Malaysia that are affected by the recent toll hike by the Singapore government.

Do you think the government will listen?
