Went with a classmate and his wife to view a launch of 70 St Patrick's property that is located on the East Coast with the announcement of the Thomson East Line.

Currently living in Tampines, they are looking to upgrade to private property, especially in the East Coast area.
As they drove towards the showroom located at Amber, first thing, was informed that by the security guard that the car park is full and we have to park elsewhere to catch a shuttle bus to the showroom.

Arriving at the show room, got a big shock, as there were at least 3 to 4 groups of Property agents at the main door, overwhelming was to say the very least. There was at least 20 of they, from the usual, ERA, Savllis, Propnex, etc.

There is also a very big crowd inside the showroom with many potential buyers. When they asked about the price, was told the couple have to fill in a form, indicating the price and unit they would like to buy.

Maybe the developer is trying to gauge the price the market can accept prior to releasing the units.
Hazard guess for price psf, range from 1450psf to 1600psf. Took some photos but have problem downloading it

Understood from the agent, the Marine Terrace MRT station is just across the road of this development.

TDSR or cooling measures or not, my friend was remarking that there is still a lot of rich Singaporeans and foreigners out there looking for a good deal.
