An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Radha Basu reported that 35,000 older workers earn less than $1,000 (including cleaners) but it will no longer be true from 1st september. This was omitted from her report on 24 aug.
From 1st Sept onward, cleaning companies need license to operate and as part of the licensing requirement, cleaners will have to be paid starting basic wage of $1,000.
