An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
I recently discovered that there i have records lodged in the magistrate court from more than 10 years ago. some are disposed and another is pending. The petitioners are people i have never met before, at least their names dun ring a bell. How can i check what these are about if i have the case number?
I can only remember one case from previous employer, but his name is not amongst the petitioners.
I need this cleared up as i am working with some overseas partners and they are enquiring about these cases.
