in this show, gong li's husband was a rightist and deemed a threat, was being captured and jailed during the cultural revolution. the daughter was being sidelined of being the lead dancer because of this. it reminded me that in sinkieland, if you are an opposition supporter, no perks for you unlike the cronies. this is communist sinkieland founded by our great leeder lky.:oIo:
