When LHL sued Roy Ngerng for defamation, he already handed down a guilty verdict to City Harvest Church's leaders.
It's not surprising as LHL did the same for the COI on Little India riot. Even before the COI called for the first witness to the Little India riot, LHL told the media what the results of the COI would be.

What if our kangaroo courts found CHC leaders not guilty of misappropriation of church funds? Could Roy Ngerng file a countersuit against LHL for being vexatious and petty?
