I started this thread to share with all.
I found a way to ensure that the risk is minimum.
Urine Test strip (multi)
It test for all kind of stuff but important is
It test for infection and blood in urine.
Usually when you have infection it does not mean
You have urinary Tract infection - but it does mean
You have infection.
Then you can determine whether to see a doctor.

Above is the antibiotic for treating UTI infection - you see doctor
They will usually give you same.
You can get this antibiotic from certain country like Thailand without precribtion.
