Photos like this have been popping up on the Internet lately, showing Claudia Ochoa Felix in skintight dresses, surrounded by weapons and the spoils of Mexican narco wars. There's a buzz sweeping the Internet about a gorgeous, voluptuous, Mexican mother who looks like Kim Kardashian and takes the same kind of revealing selfies.
Except this young woman packs an assault weapon and if stories about her are to be believed, she is new head of Los Antrax, an elite group of killers for the Sinaloa Cartel, the biggest and best organized drug cartel in Mexico.
Her nickname is "La Emperatriz de los Antrax," or The Empress of Anthrax. It's not clear whether Claudia Ochoa Felix is really a hired killer, but in her photos, she sure likes to hold the props of an assassin.

In one, she totes a pink AK-47. In another, her young son is lying on a bed, covered with mounds of cash.
Dressed in an evening gown, another posted photo shows a gold-plated assault rifle with a mounted scope resting on her exposed thigh.

The 27-year-old has three children and was allegedly the lover of former Los Antrax leader Jose Rodrigo Arechiga Gamboa, who was arrested earlier this year.
She denies being part of the hit squad, and was largely operating under the radar of media notoriety until the murder of Yuriana Castillo. The young woman had ties to the Sinaloa Cartel and was gunned down last month.
Since her murder, there has been widespread speculation that Felix was really the intended target.
