Quote:A cement truck was seen travelling against the flow of traffic at a traffic junction in Sembawang Drive.
An in-car camera video sent to citizen journalism website Stomp shows the truck stopping while making a left turn.
The vehicle then reverses before turning into the opposite side of the road.
Other drivers can be seen stopping and swerving out of the way of the large truck.
The owner of the video footage said: "This driver attempted to drive his way through oncoming traffic without stopping."
