Together with THAT 4-letter word...

This after they censored the “PAP” word when they published photos of graffiti that appeared outside a Toa Payoh flat that had other bad words blurred out.

This further reinforced the belief in Singaporeans from all walks of life that “PAP” is indeed a dirty word.

One local, Mah Chou Hua, said: “Just now I walking to the lift and the person saw me but still close the door. So I said, ‘PAP you!’”

Other Singaporeans claim that they have heard other younger Singaporeans use the term this afternoon shortly after ST’s censorship.

One student, Gan Nee Nah, said: “My friends and I were playing block catching and then I keep scolding them, ‘PAP you! PAP you!’”

“So fun!”
