SNOC should explain criteria for choice of sports for SEA Games to be held in Singapore.

Pentanque, a form of lawn bowling originating in France in the 1950s, usually played on rough ground using steel balls.

Can someone tell me where I can see such games in Singapore?

The "game" was among the new additions of rowing, equestrian, floorball, boxing and volleyball.

Or have we joined the ranks of the likes of Vietnam who introduced village games when they hosted, to gain medal-advantage?
