An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
I say the dummy president and Kim Chee peasants made scapegoats out of the captain and crews of the sunken ferry, particularly the fucked up govt and politicians discharged themselves from the safety regulations and neglected administration responsibilities. In particular the ON THE SPOT RESCUE mission.
Ask how many ships /vessels arrived in time to pick up drowning passengers. Only 1, at most 2. TOO FEW. Mainly just civilian vessel nearby had picked up some passengers. They can not pickup more because there is no time, too late.
No government ships, Army, Navy, Air-force Helicopters, Coast guard arrived in time to pickup any passengers. This is where Kim Chees have to blame their government, not the crews.
What can the captain and crews do? Teach passengers last minute swimming lesson?
The water is cold, life boats can not be launched from the slanted angle of the sinking vessel. You swim you freeze. You die anyway, your corpse may never be found. You fed sharks.
President called the captain murderer. He better check himself in the mirror again.
