Police said that they found a 40-year-old man and one-year-old girl motionless at Block 280.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force sent an ambulance and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The child was taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital where she died later.
Police have classified the deaths as unnatural and investigations are ongoing.
