PEASANTPORE: The greedy regime has released three land parcels for private housing after forcing peasants off the land many donkey years ago.
Two adjacent peasant heartland sites at Yishun Street 51 have been launched for sale under the confirmed list.
The two executive condominium sites can yield about 1,010 residential units and will reap impressive profits for the regime's coffers with well connected fat cat developers moving in for the kill.
At the same time, Housing Mafia has told stupid peasants there is not enough land to go around and they better accept any BTO pigeonholes or shut their trap. Wise old peasants knew Ruler Loong and the Turban Authority Arses are selling the best parcels to private developers for maximum profits while peasants make do with lesser plots for their pigeonhole. This is the old regime's hateful housing policy of favouring the rich while trampling on poor indolent peasants.
The site at Margaret Drive, with a site area of about 4,800 square metres, will be made available on the Reserve List and it can yield about 275 private homes, much of it will be sold to middle crass peasants who will take up silly loans to service their debt.
In a joint news release, the Housing Mafia and the Turban Redevelopment Arses said those three sites are released for sale under the first half regime land sales programme to lease land for profits despite knowing those sites were formerly public pigeonhole sites.
This is a departure from the old policy to build affordable public pigeonholes, adding salt to injury when public housing land is leased to well connected developers for unproductive ventures. It will make private developers gleefully with joy when they can anticipate the fat cat profits and Ho Jinx will be pleased with a new source of cheap funds for her punts.
This silly dodgy tender cums despite numerous Peasants' Representatives slamming the regime's Teo Arse Luck for colluding with private developers when Jurong Town sold many industrial estates to REITs to fuck the small and medium peasant enterprises recently.
