We refer to your email of 19 Feb 2014 regarding the subject matter.
The loading/unloading bays in HDB estates are provided for loading/unloading of goods only. As soon as the goods from a vehicle have been loaded/ unloaded, the vehicle must vacate the bay so that other motorists can make use of the loading/unloading bays.
On the date and time of the parking offence, your vehicle was found parked at the loading and unloading bay of Car Park Y51(Blks 423-427, 433-440 Yishun Ave 11/Ave 6). Vehicles are not permitted to be parked and left unattended at the loading and unloading bays for a prolonged period of time. Hence, the parking offence notice was issued to you for infringement of Rule 12(1).
Our records show that HDB had earlier exercised flexibility to waive two parking offence notices no. XXXXXXX & XXXXXXXX on 26 Jun 2013 & 03 Feb 2014 respectively.
We have looked into your latest appeal with serious consideration, but regret to inform you that we are unable to waive the notice. Please make the payment at any HDB Branches within the next 10 days from the date of this letter. Payment by e-services and other modes of payment are listed overleaf of the offence notice. We seek your cooperation to settle the notice promptly to avoid any future inconvenience.
