It is very frustrating for people "enslaved" to MI when the service provider is NOT able to carry out it's duty towards its customers.

Since morning MI has been dead and its customer line not assessable. Feel sorry for the customers who rely on their service to reach their remisiers and pursue any other business via international calls.

This is not the first time that MI has descended into such a chaotic condition.

M1 has a "duty of care" in Torts towards its customers and must be responsible in ensuring that these is so and that it will have to ANSWER to the customers in any collective class action taken by them against it (M1) for failing in this area.

This is NOT the first time and will never ever be a last time when such poor service standards rear its ugly head.

The Government may have reasons to accept M1 in favour of Virgin and others who were trying to enter the Telco market here.

Now the Government MUST ensure that very drastic action is initiated against this "mediocre" service provider.

The customers pay for delays in bills and have been censured via punitive action initiated by M1 and others in the past.

Now is the time for us to take some form of "collective class action" against this ugly monster (M1) as a form of redress.

There is no two ways - Either M1 reimburse its customers or customers boycott this service altogather.

We, as tax-payers have our rights as laid down under our written Constitution. The Courts will act fairly for it knows how the affected customers feel today.
