This policy of allowing FTsh to hold dual citizenship does not seem right. Even he is a minor, he gets to enjoy all the rights and benefits of a citizen and then leave sinkie for his birth country before doing NS. SG is just a place to get a good education.
FTsh with dual citizenship should be treated as FT, whether minor or not. No NS done, no citizenship. Why wait until age 21 to let FT make a choice? He can enjoy all benefits of citizenship and leave before age 21 and come back on all kinds of passes to get jobs. Who are the suckers? Sinkies or PAP Govt?

Wonder why Govt loves FT so much.
