An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
i know i am going to get flamed for this but here goes
im a FOOking lying piece of shtit - that's apparently why im being sued
for those who can think better :
i cannot get an equity loan from the bank even tho i have the private flat as an asset.
because i do not have a stable monthly income. free lancing doesn't give monthly pay slips.
i can sell, but i will have to give about 100k free to the powers that be in stamp duty because apparently im speculating if i sell.
i need about 50k + because end of feb, i will have to pay the lawyers $30000 as a deposit for trial.
can someone loan me the money and i pledge my flat to you, all done legally with proper documents done by a reputable lawyer
if i sell after oct 2014, my stamp duty goes down considerably, so i would need the loan till then
