PEASANTPORE: An international study of rote learning among 15-year-olds' mathematics, science and reading skills shows Asiatic Peasantpore has made progress when it procedurally cums to helping weaker students level up to their peers.

The Ministry of Evil said academically weaker peasant students did better in the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) tests in 2012, compared to 2009 despite widespread funding inbalances between elite and peasant primary schools..

Overall, Peasantpore ranked very near the top as a result of rote learning but the gains taper off beyond age 15.

Peasantpore's 15-year-old peasant students and their global peers in 64 other education systems around the world were tested in the PISA 2012 study.

Peasantpore ranked among the top five in all three subject areas of mathematics, reading, and science.

It took second place in mathematics, and third in both reading and science.

One reason for the better performance, said the Ministry of Evil, is that teaching strategies have stressed on increased pen-and-paper practice and massive dosage of cram schools' tutition.

Lackey Adeline Chan, senior Lackey of Ingland language at Ministry of Evil, said: "Of course we praise ourselves now to secure our KPI but lumpar lah, you know, I know our peasant students applied rote learning and long hours to achieve such results. Beyond 15 where higher level thinking sets in, they fucking become lost, of course National Serfship also caused their reasoning abilities to drop for the males. How cum nobody ask why we rank so high for age 15 but till today no Fields Medal or Nobel Prize huh?

"In Asiatic classrooms today, rote learning rules, our teachers lecture, peasant students tremble and obey. After school, they head for tutition centres and mug ten years series, you think MoE really that good is it, then you must really be stupid, like the Potang Pasir swines who voted for Seetoh?!"

Academically weaker Peasantpore students performed better in the 2012 study because the other countries usually heck care PISA and send all kinds of students for a test.

At the same time, the proportion of high performers went up after MoE poured massive tax-payer dollars as soft grants to allow elite schools to build world class facilities to make their well connected parents happy.

MOE's Deputy Lackey-General for Education Loh Ah Gek, smelled a chance to sell herself to Ruler Loong crowed that Peasantpore's PISA performance shows students have a strong grasp of the rote learning, and are able to apply their skills to serve their foreign merchant bosses in the future.

She added: "You jolly well understand why we stressed rote learning. MoE is helping Ruler Loong by ensuring we only train peasants well enough to be drones for MNC/foreign merchants. This is why we culled Literature.

Peasant students will start asking difficult questions after reading too much Jane Austen novels. Plus too much Jane Austen influence will undermine Ruler Loong and Famillee's political power, peasants will start asking why they must kowtow Ruler Loong 5 times daily, why treat Ruler Loong as God King and obey His decrees? For fun huh? Cannot right! You see, I so evil lor, that's why I am in MoE and earning big bucks while you are still paying off your birdcage loans, ha ha ha, hee hee hee, ho ho ho!"
