There are 14 town councils under PAP management namely:
1) ANG MO KIO
2) BISHAN TAO PAYOH
3) CHUA CHU KANG - FAIL
4) EAST COAST - FAIL
5) HOLLAND BUKIT PANJANG - FAIL
6) JURONG - FAIL
7) MARINE PARADE - FAIL
8) MOULMEIN KALLANG
9) PASIR RIS - PUNGGOL - FAIL
10) POTONG PASIR
11) SEMBAWANG - NEE SOON
12) TEMPINESE - FAIL
13) TANJONG PAGAR
14) WEST COAST - FAIL
Out of 14 town councils managed by PAP, 8 of them or 60% of them scored F9.
