Is it the present clean and sanitised version
or
something like Shanghai or Hongkong ..efficient but with still with old charm
or
like Malaysia - a mix of modern and kampong, where you can get hotel as well as hawker food
or
like India, Indonesia .. majority of which is old 'kampong' with some modern buildings and places
