An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Does it serve the purpose?
How much of the fresh water are being used?
What the point of having it when they start pumping out when rain is imminent?
Is it achieving less than 50% of its original intention?
50 years ago Singapore never have so many flash floods why is it happening so frequently now?
Can The Messiah help PUB admit or at least point out the mistakes of blocking the river mouth before LKY up lorry?
