Now uncle know why IT software jobs go to Indian villagers Ah Nehs?

After release of HTML.4 in 1997 it become easier to write web pages, the culprit standardized the program and with further introduction of CSS format someone with English language proficiency and competency (Sec 4 / high school), like from India villages AH Nehs (if any), can write IT software for the internet web pages (html) and maintain the web site as well.
By 2003, it become even easier to write html and css codes and as such don't need university qualification people to maintain the IT software, hire Indian villagers Ah Neh do reduce biz IT cost to dirt cheap, and retire costly local IT software workers to drive taxis (tan boh jia leow).

Uncle just self taught how to write this html5 and css3 codes and true enough it is so easy to write one web site and multiple webpages. Not to get panic from all these jargons of codes, go buy a html5 and CSS book you will find it so easy to follow and self taught yourself how to write web site and multiple pages. If Indian villagers Ah Neh with high school standard can self learn do it so can you.
Hopefully, this html and CSS3 (now latest version) can be taught to students in high school as a subject and they can earn some cheap money while in school and this is the way send back Indian villagers Ah Neh back to their village. It is like working in MacDonald for students, cheap, cheaper and cheaperest.
And do you know why Singapore education system has to adopt US style written English language and dump British style English language?

US English is spell color, Brit English is colour, dump British English use US English format to write software as standard ..... hahaha
Let's create new English style writing for 21st century - job to jobbo or jobb (for plural), instead of job to jobs (as plural), how's that? Again to standardize English further, repeat the last alphabet of each word for plural, in writing,
And better still use Aktif to simplify 'Active', save 1 alphabet which mean save a few 'bit' for the software. Adopt the Mud English style writing, a more direct approach to write as it is sounded, agree? Like bus Mud style is bas, more direct sounding (soundin - save one alphabet save few 'bits').
