share place to buy cheap legal cigarettes(with SDPC)

I have been finding forum to check where can i buy cheap legal cigarettes. but I cannot find any. So discuss to start one myself.

So far only 2 place I find the cigarettes is cheap in Singapore.

Location 1 ( blk 1 beach road opps golden mile food centre)$11.20 - Dunhill switch

Location 2 (blk 22A sin ming road. near to sin ming bak ku teh. after bak ku teh 2nd coffee shop) $11.30 - dunhill switch. use to sell $10.30 but hear because of ppl complete they sell $11.30

btw normal price dunhill swtich $11.70 to $12.00

Hope brother/sister here can share more place.

Toa payoh lor 8, blk 210. beside the hawker centre got a minimart selling Pallmall at $8.80. So far this is the cheapest I can find in sg.

Yes, I also go tpy, the shop is at corner of blk 210 facing blk 212. They see cheap pre paid cards also.

rule of guide for all brands, BUY at provision hdb shop...its always cheaper.

Marine Terrace's good price centre (near Marine Parade Town Council) sells cheap SDPC cigs too. Sorry I can't recall the block as it was my ex's place and I rarely go or pass by there anymore.

If i am not wrong, the profit margin is 10%.
They sell cheaper in the hope that you will buy other stuff when u go there or they earn in volume sales.
