A Hyundai driver hit a Toyota from the back on the ECP last evening, but fled instead of stopping to help the woman driver in the Toyota.
The hit-and-run incident, however, was recorded on STOMPer Kelvin's car camera.
Kelvin said in an email to STOMP today:
"I witnessed and recorded a hit-and-run incident on ECP last evening (Aug 26) at around 6.18pm.
"The culprit, driving a Hyundai (SFM6590J), did not even try to stop to check on the victim, a woman driver in the Toyota (SGL8996C)."
The STOMPer also told STOMP over the phone that the impact sent the Toyota into a spin and caused it to slam into the barrier.
He added:
"I think the victim didn't even know what hit her.
"This was recorded on my dash cam."
