bro I so nit know anything abt tongkatali but personally I would recommend Coffee Jantan. don't know if u can get it here but you can definitely get it in Batam.It is like your normal 3 in 1 coffee mix, mixed it up with half a glass of warm water and break a duck egg in it and drink up. have this in the morng for three days and you can see and feel the different.

Actually my prob now is i can still get hard but not tt easily as 5 yrs ago...Can maintain hardness but stimes aft awhile it might bcum semi-hard...

I personally feel that the effect of taking this will slowly reduce as your body build the resistance to it. I forget what I buy years back, many brother buy it that time. 1st time very hard until I have difficulty walking. Second still hard but can tahan take bus scout around. Third time hard when stimulate, 4-5....onward like vitamin.
