I don't know if u are talking about guys or girls. I do shave. It makes it look cleaner and bigger. For Girls, I suggest they do not shave it all unless they are very fair!

Shaving it makes it look cleaner and longer but the problem is the more u shave the area of hair growth will be larger. you will ended up more bushy if one day you got lazy to shave :D

I've been shaving over 10 years. Recently bought the Philips SC2002 (http://www.mea.philips.com/c/ipl-hair-removal/lumea-precision-sc2002_01/prd/) IPL system and have been using it just over a month. Seems to work pretty well. Reduce the growth quite a lot.

I bought the Philips IPL on ebay. I think it was around US$500+ including shipping. I thought of going to one of the "pro" places for IPL, but they quoted me the price for close to $3k for 6 sessions. Maybe cheaper now, as this was a while ago, when I asked for the pricing.
