Who else realistically can help them?? They know only the gahment can help them as they holds the purse strings to resources and budget. Put yourself in their shoes. Who can u call upon for help?? It's only when they r not so dependent on help that they start to criticize the gahment. This is also natural. So bros we can only hope more of our bros and sisters are lifted out of their desperate straits that they can join us in opposing the gahment. I know it sound paradoxical but it's true!!
