Thailand history is at least few hundreds years or more and has a matured with a culture.
One can find toothpicks and tissues on almost every table from restaurants to food-courts and even at road side stalls.
In Singapore, one can only find them in restaurants and sometimes you have to ask for it.
You cannot find them in food-courts here because they get stolen very fast, including the holders....even minister steals them!
Is this because Singapore is still too young....less than 200 yr old or is this Singapore's culture?
