An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Ms Vivian claims that the scaffolding mentioned by the hawker association was for covering of the stalls. Look at the picture below ...why would the contractor be so dumb to want to use scaffolding to cover the stalls when ladders will do? And why would the contractor allowed the hawker association dictate how the job of covering the stalls be done?
