An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Because nobody wants to pay for cloud seeding.
You are going to get smart alecs who tell you the scale is too large... impossible... etc.
But the true reason is nobody wants to pay for it... in particular Indonesia... that is why they are quick to point the fingers at others.
And there is no use of any aid going to Indonesia to help combat haze because any form of money that goes into the country... goes into the pockets of corrupt politicans
