An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Do u know what is his hidden agenda..???
Look..he has been saying property prices is way too high and he sets the cooling measures in motion...but
prices still going up...
Now..after the seventh cooling measures...he is now propping up prices again with the approval to increase building heights to 290 metre..
so now we have another First in Singapore...The Tallest residential project....Tanjong pagar 180....a 67 storey residential cum commercial building..atop of the Tg.Pagar MRT.

This will be more iconic than ION, Orchard...It will be the LUMPAR ONE tallest building on this little red dot.
So..prices will be priced much higher for higher building... and this will lead others to benchmark their prices higher thus.directly propping up residential prices island wide..
You can clearly see and say...Govt is saying one thing and doing another thing at the same time....
