I'm a swimming instructor. I think bukit panjang is a good spot. Loads of female swimmers suntanning and swimming on weekends. And even if you walk around outside the pool, you might be able to see syts walking around.

The investment experts say its best to start investing early and hence, I feel it would be a good approach if you start with the young ones, and give take maybe 10/15 years you will be able to fundamentally achieve what you want. However, if that is not on your agenda, probably, you can take a ferry ride to pulau tekong and maybe, they have what you are looking for. However, access is usually not allowed. Walk the dinosaur, tame the ant.
