I am looking for running kakis to run together at Hougang , or PCP (Park connector. From AMK running PCP to Sengkang PCP . or AMK PCP to punggol park.

Timing 6.30am weekend starts or afternoon 4.30pm starts.

If any bros/sis want run stadium together hougang/Yio Chu kang/Bishan. i also dont mind.

Any interested bros/sisters, pls pm me.

As now i am training for this year army half Maralton 10km, hope to find interested bros/sisters run together!:)

i dont mind..but how much distance are u intending to cover in 1 run?

Now I am training for sub 60min 10k using RunKeeper Android app, with a virtual coach hope can motivate a bit. Today just finished 8km at Pang Sua Park (CCK/Yew Tee). May be can run together at some scenic location during the weekend. :)

I run every alternate morning from carpark A to the lifeguard station and back...... and then cycle to work. :p

Run for LIFE is a charity run organised by Life Community Services Society, a registered non-profit charitable organisation, and presented by our title sponsor, Noel Gifts.

Life Community hopes to raise $400,000/- nett to defray the costs of our four programmes which reach out to more than 950 clients from different races and religions. We were established 17 years ago. We are also a member of the National Council of Social Service, and have been conferred the IPC status. We reach out mainly to disadvantaged children and at-risk youths.
